PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition having high shower resistance and applicable as an adhesive for metal, by compounding an epoxy resin, a polyvinyl acetal resin and an acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer having high nitrile content, at specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by kneading (A) 100pts. (wt.) of an epoxy resin with (B) 5-20pts. of a polyvinyl acetal resin, (C) 5-30pts.of an acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer having high nitrile content, and (D) other additives.
