PURPOSE:To attain the extremely efficient and useful production and test of a magnetic disk by testing a magnetic disk sheet under the loaded state on the case and reusing the case even if a disk sheet is defective. CONSTITUTION:When a lower case part supplied from a lower case supplying part 20 to a carrier line 21 reaches the lower part 23 of a medium supplying part 22, the magnetic disk sheet 1 is loaded from the medium supply part 22 on a reference position in the lower case 2, and when the sheet 1 is carried to the lower part 25 of an upper case supplying part 24, an upper case part obtained by adhering an unwoven cloth to an upper case 4 is loaded on the lower case part. The magnetic disk medium is tested by testers A27a-D27d through a distribution part 26. If the medium is defective, the upper case 4 adhering unwoven fabric 5 is removed at a separation part 31 and carried to the upper case supplying part 24 to use the upper case again. The lower case 2 adhering residual unwoven fabric 3 is carried to the lower case supplying part 20 to use the lower case 2 again.
