CONSTITUTION:Fault data given from a terminal equipment H is received by a monitor center K via a communication circuit DD and displayed CR and printed out PR. At the same time, the career data on the fault of a memory MM sent from the equipment H is compared with the career data held in a memory HD by the center K. Then the conventional career data is disused if coincidence is obtained from said comparison. Thus the conventional career data is rewritten to the fault data of this time. When no coincidence is obtained from said comparison,the contents of the career data given from the memory MM are displayed CR and printed PR for information. While the fault signal of this time is added to the memory HD as the career data. Thus the fault information can be received completely.
