PURPOSE:To prevent change of suction capacity even if the temperature of supply water to a water-sealed pump is changed, by a method wherein a regulating valve, regulating a mixture ratio of a reflux water amount to a new feed water amount according to the degree of vacuum on the suction side, is located in a reflux piping running from a gas moisture content separator. CONSTITUTION:A reflux piping 3 is coupled to a gas moisture content separator 2 on the discharge side of a water-sealed pump 1, and a regulating valve 6, regulating a mixture ratio of a reflux water amount to a pump to a new feed water amount through detection of a pressure on the suction side by means of a pressure switch 11, is situated in the piping. When a pressure on the suction side is decreased to lower than a specified value, the regulating valve 6 increases a ratio of reflux water, but since the temperature of the reflux water is relatively high, suction performance of the pump is automatically deteriorated. When suction performance of the pump is excessively lowered due to an excessive increase in the temperature of pump working water, an amount of new feed water fed through a line 5 is increased with the aid of a regulating valve 6 to improve suction performance of the pump. |
