SHAFT AND PRESSURE SHELL PINNING METHOD

FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the area of machine building, in particular, to hot gas flow adjuster, where shafts are connected to pressure shells by pins. The pinning method includes installation of a pin to the inlet opening of the pressure shell and its pressing-in. Pressing force values are measured in process of the pin movement until its butt end passes outside the outer edge of the opposed opening in the pressure shell. Simultaneously with measurement of pressing force values the value of pin movement is measured at the section from entering edge of the inlet opening in the shell up to entering internal edge of the second opening in the shell. Acceptability of the connection is assessed against availability or non-availability of sudden increase in pressing force at the pin movement from outer edge of the inlet opening in the power shell to the distance of the pin butt end passing outside the power shell.EFFECT: higher reliability of the connection.2 dwg
