PURPOSE:To sharply extend the battery life by adding alpha-PbO2 electrically hard to be reduced in advance to a positive plate. CONSTITUTION:A pastelike material, to which alpha-PbO2 is added, is filled into the Pb-Oa base substance. Thereby, discharge reaction is hard to proceed for suppressing lowering of electrical contact with an active material. Accordingly, a life of a lead storage battery can be sharply extended. |
