PURPOSE:To allow the user to recognize a talking available time while making a call by displaying the talking available time while it is decremented sequentially as a talking time is elapsed. CONSTITUTION:When a coin is deposited, the amount of money read by a deposited money amount read circuit 82 is fed to an MCPU, where the talking available time is operated. A time read circuit 86 reads a time data, which is fed to the MCPU. A talking available time operation/decrementing circuit 30 decrements the obtained talking available time by 1sec step and outputs the result to a talking available time display circuit 20.
