PURPOSE:To reduce the number of processing stages and a processing time as compared with those of a conventional type, by using thin copper plates for a die and punch, and making a laser processing machine capable of hardening and cutting the plated at the same time. CONSTITUTION:Beneath a die 3 cut and hardened simultaneously into a desired shape by a laser processing machine, several of lower laminating plates 3 cut into the same shape as that of the die 3 are laminated into a prescribed height. On the other hand, beneath a punch 6 cut and hardened simultaneously by said machine in the same manner as that of the die 3, several of lower laminated into a prescribed height. Further, a knockout plate 7' and a stripper plate 8' are formed respectively by laminating several steel plates cut by the machine. the die of such constitution is attached to a press machine to process a workpiece by holding it between the die 3 and the punch 6. |
