PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily shift rotation in a normal or reverse direction or to a reduced state by providing the group of clutches between the group of input reduction gears and that of output reduction gears, and selectively engaging and disengaging the above clutches. CONSTITUTION:Operating levers are shifted in order, and solenoid valves SOL 2, 3 are successively turned ON in an alternative way to change reduction ratio. When the operation valves are finally shifted, a solenoid valve SOL 1 is turned ON to transmit power from an input shaft S1 to an output shaft S11, thus a tractor goes ahead. When the operation levers are shifted to shuttling positions, the solenoid valves SOL 5, 6 are turned ON, and a pressure control circuit is therefore actuated to turn ON a reversing clutch C5. Consequently the rotation can be shifted in a normal or reverse direction or to a reduced state only by shifting the operating levers.
