CONSTITUTION:In case of junction, the glass medium is put in an aluminum block 4a of an auxiliary heating part A and is heated auxiliarily to a set temperature within a certain time. The glass medium is sent to a main heating part B and is heated to a prescribed temperature higher than the temperature of the auxiliary heating part A. The heating temperature at this time is the final objective temperature. Next, the glass medium is sent to a fusing part C, and the solder is placed on the glass medium and is fused, and the piezoelectric element is placed on the fused solder and is positioned, and the glass medium is sent to a cooling part D and is cooled with a cooling fan 5.
