PURPOSE:To simplify the setup for the testing and to reduce the space for the testing by providing a changeover apparatus between the pushing for the testing and the feed-testing apparatus. CONSTITUTION:The connection conductor 11 provided on the changeover apparatus 4 is connected to the primary terminal for each phase on the feed-test apparatus 1 through the connection adaptor 3, and the fixed contactor 5 is connected to the pushing for testing 2 through the pushing's pocket section 14. The movable contactor 6 is set into following tree states by means of the rotation of the operation handle 10. 1: contact with the fixed contactor; 2: non-contact state in the middle position; 3: contacting with the grounding contactor, namely the primary terminal for each phase of the feed-testing apparatus 1 will be in the following three connection state. 1: connected with the pushing for testing; 2: open, 3: grounded. By doing this, it is made possible to set the connection of the primary terminal into the arbitrary connection by means of a small-sized testing apparatus consisting of one pushing for testing.
