PURPOSE:To obtain the product without the decomposition due to the exothermic reaction of resin by a method in which the annular members in which the boss for forming a bolt hole is provided on the upper surface of collar molding part are set movably up and down, and an outer mold is made to be in contact therewith, and then resin is injected, and further fiber material packing part is cured. CONSTITUTION:The inner mold 2 and the annular member 6 having been mold release-treated on their surface are set on holding legs 20. Next, fiber material is laminated on the surface of the straight pipe molding part of the inner mold 2 and the surface of the annular member 6excepting the part of a boss. After each mold has been cramped, resin is injected from a sprve 16 and the molding part is filled. Then, a spacer is inserted into the gap made between an outer mold 3 and the inner mold 2, and nuts 15 are lowered, thereby mold releasing a product. Because it is unnecessary to laminate impregnating resin on the mold manually, the separation or decomposition of the resin due to the exothermic reaction of the resin is prevented. |
