PURPOSE:To facilitate the interrupt transmission during reception by storing the call code of a transmission source and requesting the transmission to the transmission source by said call code after stopping the transmission of the transmission source to perform the interrupt transmission. CONSTITUTION:An operation part 4a is provided with an interrupt transmission indicating button 4b, and the transmission source code received together with image data is stored in a transmission source code memory 10. An interrupt transmission control part 11 sends a stop command signal, which stops the transmission, to the transmission source when the interrupt transmission indicating button 4b is operated during the receiving operation, and the control part 11 sends an end signal to a main conrol part 3a when the interrupt transmission is terminated. Thus, the interrupt transmission is performed during the receiving operation, and the main control part 3a reads out said transmission source code and dials automatically from an automatic transmitting part 9 to call the transmission source when the interrupt transmission is terminated, and polling is performed from the main control part 3a.
