<p>PURPOSE:To improve breaking property, opening property, etc. by supplying a pull tab tape and a backing film on the surface and back of a container sheet having a tap hole and heat sealing them intervening a metallic screen on the back of said backing film. CONSTITUTION:The backing film 15 consisting of PE 11/alminium (Al) foil 12/adhesive 13/PE 14 is arranged on the back of the container sheet 8 having the tap hole 10 consisting of polyethylene PE 1/base paper 2/PE 3/polyester 4/PE 5 comprising the container body. The pull tab sheet 19 consisting of Al foil 16/adhesive 17/PE 18 is mounted on the surface and heat sealed to the back of the PE layer 14 of the backing film through a metallic screen or metal- plated synthetic fiber screen 20. The PE 14 is deteriorated in strength by the screen 20 without receiving any flaw. When the tape 19 is drawn up the container sheet is broken finely, peeled and opened.</p> |
