<p>PURPOSE:To make the continuation of batch operation easy by providing a window such as quartz glass to a peripheral wall part of a fluidized chamber, using an infrared absorption moisture meter and sensing the water content of powdery granular bodies incorporated in the fluidized chamber continuously under non-contact state from the outside via the window. CONSTITUTION:When press-blowing a gas feed chamber 3 by an air blower 4, hot air is blown out to a slanted upper part through the slanted wind holes of a dispersion plate 2 and sent into the inside of a fluidized chamber 1 without casing the dead angles to each wind hole. When the material to be dried is introduced into the inside of the fluidized chamber 1 by means of a feeder 8 in this state, the material to be dried is uniformly brought into contact with the hot wind and unmottledly dried. In this case, the water content contained in the material to be dried which is brought into contact with a window 13 for sensing the water content is sensed by an infrared absorption moisture meter 14 provided to the outside of the window 13. When the contained water content value of the material to be dried reachs an objective value, the material to be dried in the fluidized state is discharged to the outside of the equipment by the action of gravity by opening a discharge port 9.</p> |
