PURPOSE:Cosmetic wherein a resin plate having a specific amount of fibers with specific length and thickness in the shape of a wedge, a hook and/or a spiral on its surface is used as the bottom of a formed makeup cosmetic and the cosmetic is firmly bonded through the resin plate to a supporting material. CONSTITUTION:The resin plate 2 having 1-100 fibers having 0.1-3mm length and 0.01-1mm length in the shape of a wedge, a hood and/or a spiral based on 1cm<2> on its surface is used as the bottom of a formed makeup cosmetic, the fibers are embedded in the cosmetic base 1, the base 1 is firmly supported on the resin plate 2, the other side of the resin plate 2 is bonded to the supporting material, so that the base 1 is fixed through the resin plate 2 to the supporting plate 3 with so strong force that the base is not released by vibration or impact. A polyester resin, silicon resin, vinyl chloride resin, acrylic resin, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide and/or polyacetal is preferably as the resin plate 2 and/or the fibers.
