ENCLOSED LEAD STORAGE BATTERY

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce occurrence of overflow by providing a tubular projection formed with slits while directing a valve tube cell thereby preventing adhesion of spray to the inside of safety valve when recharging or forming the battery jar and retarding formation of liquid film at the inside of valve tube. CONSTITUTION:Slits 10 are made at two points in the circumferential face at the lower section of tubular projection 9 provided integrally with a valve tube 4. Consequently, the spray coming from obliquely below of t safety valve 3 is blocked from adhering to the inside of the valve 3 while formation of film in the tube 4 is retarded to prevent overflow.
