CONSTITUTION:The 1,2,4-triazole type compd. represented by formula I, II, or III, R1, R2, and R3 being alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, aryl, aralkyl, or amino, is held on the surface of a carrier, a sleeve, a doctor blade, or the like as the charge donor, and in the case of the carrier, said compd. is dissolved or dispersed into a solvent, and the carrier is coated on the surface by the dipping, spraying, and fluidization coating methods, etc. |
