摘要 <p>NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formula I [R<1> is H, amino group-protecting group; R<2> is H, spacer residue, hydroyl-protecting group, (protected) phosphoryl, (protected) deoxynucleotide chain bonding in the 5'-position; R<3> is H, hydroxyl- protecting group, (protected) deoxynucleotide bonding in the 3'-position; R<1>, R<2>, R<3> are not hydrogens at a time]. EXAMPLE:N<6>-Benzoyl-2'-deoxyaristeromycin. USE:A starting material for syntherizing oligodeoxynucleotide containing 2'- deoxyaristeromycin. It cause of depurination from the nucleotide under such acidic conditions as deprotection. It can be applied advantageously to the solid- phase synthesis. A reagent for genetic engineering. PREPARATION:For example, in accordance with reaction equations, aristeromycin (1) is benzoylated, the resultant tetrabenzoyl derivative (2) (A is formula II; Bz is benzoyl) is partially hydrolyzed and the hydroxyls in the 3' and 6'-positions are selectivity protected by silylation, then the hydroxyl in the 2'-position is converted into thioimdazolyl group, then the product is reduced and desilylated to give the exemplified compound.</p>
