PURPOSE:To attain the automation even with the calculation of fees and the production of slips by automating considerably the collating jobs including the cutting through the delivery of photo prints. CONSTITUTION:When a DP bag 3 is set to a print part, a photo print cut into a prescribed size is extracted out of a sorter rack. Then the number of print sheets is confirmed and a change and display errors if any are corrected by means of ten keys 127. Then a negative size key 122 is pushed for the input of a negative size, and the collation is carried out between the photo print and the negative. A bar code BC2 is printed at the blank part 303 of the bag 3. Then the printed bar codes BC1 and BC2 are read by a bar code reader. The fees are calculated by a host computer for the production of an adjustment slip. This slip is attached at the position 302 of the bag 3.
