PURPOSE:To simply constitute the captioned apparatus and facilitate maintenance by allowing a connecting pipe for connecting the main pipes of the first and the second pneumatic feeding pipes to be swung towards a discharge port and allowing a waiting pipe to be swung towards the second connecting port, in a frame which is equipped with a feeding port and a discharge port and is opened to the atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:A connecting pipe 3 is arranged with the main pipes 1 and 2 of the first and the second pneumatic feeding pipes, and the airtight state between the second connecting port 4 and the connecting port 5 at the lower part of the connecting pipe is released by a little transferring the connecting pipe 3 in parallel from the state where these three pipes 1-3 are connected airtightly, and at the same time, a pneumatic feeding element 18 is discharged from a discharge port 14 by turning the connecting pipe 3 discharged from a discharge port 14 by turning the connecting pipe 3 to the position shown by the two-point chain line. While, when the pneumatic feeding element 18 is fed into a waiting pipe 10 from a feeding port 15, the waiting pipe 10 turns around a supporting shaft 17, with the connecting pipe 3 at the discharge position shown by the two-point chain line, and the pneumatic feeding element 18 is slided towards the connecting port 4 for the second pneumatic feeding pipe on a board 7 and fed into the connecting port 4. Therefore, the constitution can be simplified, and the lightweight apparatus can be obtained, and maintenance can be simplified. |
