PURPOSE:To reduce unnecessary radiation from a receiver by converting the output of a synchronizing detector consisting of a double balanced modulator using the output of a high frequency as an input part, to a balanced signal by a balanced-to-unbalanced converter. CONSTITUTION:Balanced-to-unbalanced converters 25, 26 consisting of an amplifier having a balanced gain input means are inserted into the post-state of synchronizing detectors 23, 24 consisting of a double balanced modulator for inputting a balanced signal outputted from a high frequency input part 22, and outputs of the synchronizing detectors 23, 24 are converted to balanced signals. In this way, an unnecessary radiation to an input terminal of the high frequency input part 22 from a voltage control oscillator 34 and a 90 deg. phase shifter 35 can be reduced, and even if a receiving frequency and a local oscillation frequency are equal to each other, an unnecessary radiation of a local oscillation signal can be reduced.
