PURPOSE:To fix a permanent magnet material chip in the recessed part of a case precisely by engaging the recessed part with a projected part. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 8 for storing a permanent magnet material chip is formed in a case 6 and a recessed part 7 is formed on a part of the peripheral side wall of the recessed part 8. A projected part 5 to be engaged with the recessed part 7 at the storage of a permanent magnetic material chip 4 in the recessed part 8 is formed on the lower end part of the chip 4. When the chip 4 is pressed into the recessed part 8, the projected part 5 formed on the chip 4 is fitted with the recessed part 7 formed in the case 6, so that the chip 4 is completely held at the fixed position of the case 6 and an ordinary countermeasure or the like for preventing the chip from being slipped out is unnecessary.
