PURPOSE:To make diverse creases, being made in a roll circumferential direction in time of winding up a roll, so as to be kept back, by making both ends of a film thicker over the specified width, and furthermore controlling hardness in this part to be adjusted to the specified range. CONSTITUTION:A film is manufactured so as t make its size thicker than other parts over a range consisting of both side ends of the film in order to cause each of both these side ends of the film to satisfy conditions in an expression (see illustration). And, it is wound up so as to cause hardneess in this film thick part of the wound roll to be adjusted to a range from 85 deg. to 98 deg. in addition. With this constitution, creases are hard to gather, whereby a good working aptitude is maintainable and, what is more, a product after being processed is very good in quality. |
