<p>PURPOSE:To wind a coil generally in lines and flatly by starting winding at a prescribed distance from one flange and finishing winding at a prescribed distance from the other flange and also by a method wherein the coil is wound with a somewhat larger pitch than the diameter of the wire. CONSTITUTION:Set a pulley 5 at a distance of l1 from a flange 2 to make the starting point p1 of winding. The pulley 5 is moved at a shifting pitch P toward the flange 3 in such a way that P is slightly larger than the diameter size of the wire 4. Besides, the end point of winding p2 is set at the position which is at a distance of l2 from the flange 3 and allows winding of the prescribed number of turns between p1 and p2. With this method, in the case where the number of turns per one layer is made large and plural layers are piled repeatedly, no disarray of winding occurs in the neighborhood of the flanges and a coil having a flat surface can be efficiently formed.</p> |
