PURPOSE:To attain to enhance the fatigue characteristic of a diaphragm plate, by inserting the diaphragm plate comprising a metal film in a vibration substrate. CONSTITUTION:A vibration substrate 1 and a vibration transmitting rod 5 are constituted of a resin material and a diaphragm plate 4 is constituted of a metal plate [comprising a SNS304 material with a thickness (t) of 0.03-0.01mm] to be inserted in the vibration substrate 1. A part D corresponds to the diaphragm part and a part (d) to the vibration transmitting rod. Herein, the oblique line part is constituted of a resin material and each diaphragm part is constituted of a metal and a resin but the resin has low Young modulus and, therefore, vibration force becomes small and the fatigue characteristic of the metal can be enhanced. |
