PURPOSE:To provide a compact and low cost recorder by poviding a configuration in which a positioning member provided on a recording head integrally contacts a platen roller or a member mounted on the same shaft as said roller as the positioning member assists the latter, upstream in the recording member feeding direction. CONSTITUTION:A recording head 1 is mounted on the rear of a cover 7 through positioning member 6 and a fulcrum shaft 8 in a slidable fashion, and the positioning member 6 is allowed to contact the upstream side of a bearing 5 of a platen roller 3. At the same time, the head 1 and the positioning member 6 are arranged by a leaf spring 10 fixed on the rear of the cover 7 in such a way that the former two assist both platen roller 3 and bearing 5, thus the positional relationship between a heating line 4 and the platen roller 3 being always assured. The platen roller rotates counter-clockwise for the transportation of a recording material 2, and the recording head 1 receives a force in the arrow (D) direction through the recording material 2, so that the positioning member 6 coincides with a direction where it is assisted by the bearing 5. Thus the recording material 2 is fed smoothly and vibration and the slippage of a printing point due to vibration can be prevented. |
