PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for increasing the size of a hole diameter of a hole body and to make compact the entire part of a device by irradiating light on a hole body contg. reactive liquids from the direction parallel with the axis of a rotating body. CONSTITUTION:Such glasses 5, 5' as to permit the passage of the light from a light source are provided to the top and bottom ends of sampling holes provided to the rotating body 3. The respective sampling holes rotate while stopping for the proper time in each of positions A, B, C, D and E. The positions A, B, C, D and E are respectively cleaning and sampling positions, reagent introducing position, position where stirring position is measured, measuring position and liquid discharge position. The instrument is so constituted that the light is irradiated on the hole body contg. the reactive liquids from the direction parallel with the axis of the rotating body in the above-mentioned manner and therefore the need for increasing the size of the hole diameter of the hole body in order to provide the longer channel length is eliminated and the entire part of the instrument is made compact. |
