PURPOSE:A composition having low rolling resistance and extremely improved ice skid without damaging wet skid, obtained by adding carbon black to blend rubber of specific high vinyl butadiene rubber, and specified natural rubber or synthetic isoprene rubber. CONSTITUTION:(A) Blended rubber comprising 30-70pts.wt. butadiene rubber having >=60wt% 1,2-vinyl bond or modified butadiene rubber having >=60% 1,2 vinyl bond, having at least one atom group shown by the formula (R1, and R2 are H, or substituent group; m and n are positive integer) bonded to a molecular chain by a carbon-carbon bond and 70-30pts.wt. natural rubber or synthetic isoprene rubber is blended with (B) carbon black. Natural rubber having 65-85 Mooney viscosity ML1+4 at 100 deg.C and >=60 plasticity remaining index (PRI) is used as the natural rubber of the component A.
