PURPOSE:To effectively synchronize the rotation of a clutch shaft with the drive of a sewing machine head by directly detecting the rotation of the clutch shaft. CONSTITUTION:When a petal is pressed, a bearing bush 16 moves in a rotor direction, a clutch lining 24 secured to a clutch shaft 4 and a flywheel 25 secured to always rotating rotor are connected to drive a sewing head through a belt 5. When a detecting plate 19 secured to the shaft 4 rotates at 1/2 revolution or more, the small piece 19' of the plate 19 passes the front of a magnetic sensor 20 to detect the rotation. A signal from the sensor 20 is fed to a control box 23 to apply a voltage to a blower motor, and a dust collector is driven. Thus, the rotation of the shaft 4 can be effectively synchronized with the drive of the head by directly detecting the rotation of the shaft 4. |
