PURPOSE:To make pressure-shaping for a panel core material frame performable with an on-line system, by installing a device which performs those of carrying-in, pressure shaping, carrying-out, etc., for the panel core material frame continuously in regular sequence. CONSTITUTION:A fixed ruler 30 is installed in a panel support block 10 free of relative movements in vertical direction. And, a short side ruler 41 as a first movable ruler is shiftable along an interval between opposed two sides of the fixed ruler 30. In addition, a long side ruler 51 as a second movable ruler is shiftable along an interval between other one more opposed two sides. And, a panel core material frame carry-in/carry-out mechanism takes in or out a panel core material frame 20 to or from on the panel support block 10, while a vertical driving mechanism 25 relatively moves the panel support block 10 and the fixed ruler 30 up and down. And, movable ruler driving mechanisms 47 and 57 moves each of first movable rulers 41 and 51 along the specified two sides of the fixed ruler 30.
