PURPOSE:To obtain the wound core having excellent magnetic characteristics by a method wherein a wound core, consisting of an amorphous magnetic alloy thin plate, is heated up in uniform temperature distribution, and an annealing is performed in a short period. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular wound core 11 is formed by winding a narrow- stripped amorphous magnetic alloy thin plate 12. When said wound core 11 is going to be formed, the amorphous magnetic alloy thin plate 12 is divided for every prescribed number of turns of winding, and a plurality of rectangular divided layers, two divided layers 11a and 11b for example, with which the wound core 11 is divided in the direction of lamination thickness, are formed. On the wound core 11, the divided layers 11a and 11b are separated at a yoke on which a transformer coil 14 is not wound around, the upper yoke for example, and an aperture part 13 is formed between the above-mentioned two layers. Exciting coils 15 and 15 are connected to a high frequency AC power source 17 by a circuit changing switch 16, and a high frequency current is run on the exciting voltage using a voltage regulator 19. An annealing process is performed by generating heat on each divided layer itself by the loss generated by the above-mentioned excitation. |
