PURPOSE:To improve the earthquake-proof property of the titled supporting frame member as well as to secure the simplicity of maintenance inspection by a method wherein an auxiliary member is provided in stretched form at vacant space. CONSTITUTION:As a supporting frame member 13 has a cantilever structure, it vibrates in horizontal direction when the exciting force in horizontal direction 18 is at work, and there is the possibility of generation of phenomenon such as the breaking and the like of an insulating terminal 12 due to the deformation of a cable connection box 10. However, said deformation can be prevented by the deposition of a member 16, and the improvement in earthquake-resisting strength can be accomplished by a simple structure. Also, when a plate-like material is used as the member 16, it can be utilized as a foot board for inspection and the foot board for work when a maintenance inspection, a repair work and the like are performed on the insulating terminal 12, the cable connection box, or their circumferential part. Accordingly, the maintenance inspection can be performed easily, the time required for assembling of the foot board for work can be reduced, and the safety in the work performed at elevated place can also be secured. |
