The structural panel (P) has, as load-bearing member, a perforated panel (1) which is covered on its visible side with a sound-absorbing layer (2). An air-tight but acoustically transparent sealing sheet (3), which prevents air passing through the sound-absorbing layer (2), is arranged at a distance (a) from the rear side (5a) of the structural panel.
