The semitrailer (2) of a semitrailer train has a supporting device (3) which is mounted on a slide (4) which can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the semitrailer (2), a slewing ring (5) which can be coupled to the tractor (1) in a rotationally fixed manner and a slide driving mechanism (9) which is composed of a crank (10) which is in driving connection with the slewing ring (5) and of a pull and push rod (14) which is articulated to the semitrailer (2). In order to ensure a simple displacement movement of the semitrailer (2) with respect to the tractor (1) when cornering, the crank (10) of the slide driving mechanism (9) is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the slewing ring (5) and is articulated to one end of a double-armed intermediate lever (12), which is mounted on the slide (4), such that it can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the said lever, the pull and push rod (14) engaging at the other end of the intermediate lever (12). <IMAGE>
