PURPOSE:To provide a titled product taking out device which decreases troubles, permits easy maintenance and inspection and can improving a casting operation by the constitution in which the respective means constituting the product taking out device are operated by electricity and the operations of the respective means are executed by electrical control. CONSTITUTION:A running means 1 which runs back and forth on a rail C for conveyance installed horizontally above a die casting machine A and a forward and backward follow-up means 2 which moves forward and backward in the direction orthogonal with the rail C direction on a table 101 for running constituting the means 1 are provided. A lifting means 3 which is attached to a bed 201 for follow-up constituting the means 2 and is moved upward and downward and a gripping means 4 which is attached to a vertical arm 301 for lifting constituting the means 3 and grips a product (a) as well as a rolling over means 5 which rolls over the gripped 4 product are provided to the machine A. The means 1-5 are so constituted that the means are operated by electricity and that the operations thereof are executed by the electric control. The additional reduction of the casting cycle of the die casting machine is thus made possible by increasing the operating speed of the respective means. |
