PURPOSE:To determine freely a composition, and to prevent an out-of-focus, waste of a current consumption and an operating mistake by constituting a titled camera so that focusing information of an object to be photographed, which is detected by staring an automatic focus detecting device in a storage device for a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:When an object to be photographed is put into a range measuring zone and a pre-focus switch 4 is closed; an automatic focus detecting device A detects focusing information, it is stored in a storage device B, and a power source holding transistor 23 goes to an operating state. Thereafter, even if the switch 4 is opened, the feed to the devices A, B is continued by the operation of the transistor 23 and a power source turning-on transistor 9. Even if a power source holding switch 6 is opened by an operating mistake, focus information is held for a prescribed time, therefore, when the switch 6 is closed during that time, the information is alive as it is, therefore, so that an out-of- focus photograph or miss of a shutter chance does not occur, and a composition can be determined freely. |
