摘要 PURPOSE:To miniaturize and simplify a drive device, by providing such an arrangement that a walking type working machine is changed over between a condition in which right and left wheels are vertically swung in opposite directions and a condition in which the right and left wheels are swung in the same direction so that only one cylinder may be used for swinging the right and left wheels. CONSTITUTION:When a valve 11e in a space fixing mechanism 11 is closed, the space between the displacement section 7b of a seesaw type arm 7 and a transmission casing M is fixed. In this condition, when a hydraulic cylinder 10 is extended and retracted, the seesaw type arm 7 is driven and swung about its pivotal connecting section with respect to a double-acting cylinder 11a, as a fulcrum, so that both wheels 6, 6 are vertically swung in opposite directions. Further, when the valve 11e is opened to extend and retract a hydraulic cylinder 10, the seesaw arm 7 is driven to be moved in the direction of advance of the machine body without swinging motion so that both wheels 6, 6 are vertically swung in the same direction.
