PURPOSE:To prevent a driver from uncomfortable feeling in an air conditioner for a vehicle with heater core by providing a heater core bypass path with a valve such that the valve is opened when a mode change-over door is set to the mode of spraying air to the face. CONSTITUTION:When a mode change-over door 12 is set to the mode of spraying air to the face, this is detected by a core heating means 43 to open a valve 42 provided in a bypass path 41. Thus, an amount of warm water supplied from a radiator 25 to a heater core 21 is reduced. Thus, the capacity of the heater core 21 is reduced to lower the temperature of conditioned air and temperature of air sprayed to the face of a driver and improve the comfortableness of the driver. |
