PURPOSE:A bathing agent having a polysaccharide being eluted rapidly in a bathtub to show extremely improved pharmaceutical effects, obtained by cultivat ing a mycelium of Basidiomycetes as a seed mold, and raising the temperature of a culture medium to provided a heat shock after the cultivation is over. CONSTITUTION:A mycelium of Basidiomycetes selected from Elfvingia applanata (pers.), Ganoderma Lucidum(Fr.) Karst., Coriolus versicolor, Phellinus yucatensis (Murr.)Imaz., Lentinus edodes (Berk.) is used as a seed mold, cultivated in a medium prepared from rice hull, corn refuse, and rice refuse as raw materials in a volume ratio of 12:1:1 at 20-30 deg.C for 20-30 days and the temperature of the medium is raised gradually for 2-3 days to 35-40 deg.C so that the cell membrane of the seed mold is partially damaged. Then, the medium having cultivated the seed mold is ground, and subjected to vacuum drying under heating, to give a bathing agent. |
