发明名称 NOVEL PRODUCTION METHOD OF POLYAMIDE
摘要 PURPOSE:To produce a polyamide having low chlorine concentration and useful as an electronic material, under nearly neutral mild condition, without causing the problems such as acidic waste liquid, etc., by reacting a dicarboxylic acid with a diamine using a phosphine and a disulfide as the condensation agents. CONSTITUTION:The objective polyamide can be produced by the solution polymerization of (A) a dicarboxylic acid, preferably isophthalic acid, etc. with (B) a diamine, preferably 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl-methane, etc. in the presence of (C) a condensation agent consisting of (i) a phosphine, preferably triphenyl phosphine, etc. and (ii) a disulfide, preferably 2,2'-debenzothiazolyl disulfide, etc., preferably in an aprotic polar solvent (e.g. N-methylpyrrolidone) at -10-+30 deg.C for 1-24hr. The amounts of the components A and B are 1.5 equivalent each per 1 equivalent of the component C, and the volume of the solvent is preferably 0.5-10 liter per 1mol of the component C.
