PURPOSE:To prevent an adhesion of dust to a thermal conduction surface of a boiler by a method wherein non-organic oxide is added to oil cokes as mixing combustion fuel of a steam boiler. CONSTITUTION:Non-organic oxide to be added to oil cokes is CaO, CaCO3, MgO, MgCO3 or the like which is applied as a single substrate or these mixtures. Amount of these components is 0.2-40pts.wt. in respect to 100pts.wt. or oil cokes, preferably 1-10pts.wt. Non-organic oxide to be added to the oil coke is filtered with a mesh and it is adjusted to make 200 mesh-pass more than 80%.
