CONSTITUTION:The shavings or crushed chips of dried fish and shellfish such as dried bonito, or dried small-sized fish and sellfish such as dried fry of sardine, is pressed and solidified in the form of a block, and the block is sliced to a definite thickness with a slicer to obtain the objective food. The raw material may be added optionally with a binder such as starch.
