PURPOSE:The titled composition, consisting of an organic polymer having one or more hydrolyzable silicon-containing groups in the molecule and a specific curing catalyst, having a high curing activity, and suitable as paints having improved shelf life and further for coating aircraft, etc. CONSTITUTION:A curable composition obtained by incorporating (A) an organic polymer having one or more hydrolyzable silicon-containing groups, in the molecule, e.g. formula I (X is hydrolyzable group; R1 and R2 are H, etc.; n is 1-3, etc., e.g. a silyl group-containing vinyl based polymer having one ore more silicon atoms linked to hydrolyzable groups in the molecular ends or side chain, with a premix of (B) an organic acid phosphoric ester compound expressed by formula II (n is 1 or 2; R is organic residue) and (C) an organozirconium expressed by formula III (n is 0-4; R is 1-20C monofunctional hydrocarbon; Y is 1-8C hydrocarbon, etc.) at 1:0.1-10 ratio.
