PURPOSE:To enable ensurance of a minimum low temperature during the staring of heating blow-off, to reduce the number of temperature sensors, and to simplify a control circuit, by a method wherein a fan and the like for heating is controlled through combination of a timer and the temperature sensors. CONSTITUTION:An air collector type hot water feeding and space heating device is a type in that a control device 22 having a timer 21 is employed. The control device 22 has the input side connected to a temperature-in-tank sensor 10, a temperaturein- heat-exchanger sensor 11, and a temperature-in-collector sensor 12, and the output side connected to a pump 5, a fan 6, a constant temperature mixing valve 9, and a valve 8 for bypass. Since the fan 6 for heating is adapted to be turned ON by means of a timer 21 upon elapse of a given time after temperature in the air collector 1 is increased to higher than a given value, after a circulating solution in circulating passages 17 and 18, flowing through a heat exchanger 11 in a collector, is increased in temperature, the fan 6 for heating is driven. This enabled ensurance of a mininum temperature during the starting of heating blow-off. Further, this decreases the number of temperature sensors and causes simplification of circuit constitution of the control device 22.
