PURPOSE:The titled sheet, obtained by forming a layer of a specific acrylic resin emulsion on the side of a sheet base material consisting essentially of cellulose and an undercoating layer of a specific crosslinking reaction product on the side of a metal foil, and having improved barrier properties to release agent coating solutions, heat resistance, etc. CONSTITUTION:A sheet obtained by applying (A) a soap-free type acrylic resin emulsion or further starch or with melamine-formaldehyde resin together to the side of a cellulose base material of a sheetlike support prepared by laminating a metal foil, e.g. aluminum foil, on the base material consisting essentially of cellulose to form an undercoating layer, and forming an undercoating layer consisting essentially of (B) a crosslinking reaction product of a polyester resin with an alkylated melamine on the side of the metal foil on the other hand, and forming a release agent layer through the undercoating layers.
