PURPOSE:To constitute the titled method so that soft feeling of elasticity is given from a surface layer part of a molded article, by making use of a styrene- butadien rubber-foamed material having specific characteristics for a cushioning material. CONSTITUTION:As for a foam, it is made necessary that the fusion point and heat deformation temperature of the same are high, the same possesses heat resistance, density of the same is 0.3-0.6g/cm<3>, an impact resilience rate and closed cell rate at a room temperature are less than 3% and more than 80% respectively. As lamination molding is performed like this by making use of styrene-butadien foam whose expansion density is low, impact resilience is weak and further a rate of closed cell is high for a cushioning material, high elasticity of the foam can be remained without deteriorating the same and a resin-molded article giving soft feeling can be manufactured. |
