PURPOSE:To obtain an org.semiconductive film suitable for a practical use in a simple synthesis, an excellent color sensibility, a sensibility and a durability by incorporating a metallocene compd. to a photoconductive layer. CONSTITUTION:The titled body is prepared by forming a film either with a vacuum deposition of the metallocene compd. shown by formula I or with coat ing a dispersing element of said compd. contd. in a suitable binder, on the substrate. In a preferable concrete example, the photoconductive film is applied as a charge generating layer, to the titled body which is functionally separated an amount of a sensitivity of the titled body to a charge generating layer and a charge layer. In formula I, (m) is 0, 1 or 2, A is a sulfur or an oxygen atom, B may be substd. a residue capable of forming a benzothiuram ring, a benzoxothiuram ring, a naphthothiuram ring or a naphthoxothiuram ring, M is Ti, V, Cr, Fe, Co, Ni or Rn, X<-> is an anion. |
