摘要 PURPOSE:To have automatic replacement of works to be processed and liners in a chucking device by furnishing a handling robot, which grasps a liner loading hand or the work and transfers it to a specified position. CONSTITUTION:A chucking device 13 is provided with liners 17 separably in order to grasp a work to be processed 01. A liner loading hand 22 includes a liner holding means 22a, which mates with the liner fitting position of the chucking device 13 when facing it, and the liner holding means 22a is located in the specified position. A liner magazine 25 stores different kinds of liners 17 fitted and removed in/from the chucking device 13 by the liner loading hand 22. Conveyors 26, 26 carry in and out works to be processed 01. A handling robot 21 grasps the liner loading hand 22 or the work 01 and transfers it to the specified position.
