This installation comprises a control pump and a submerged pump 6. The submerged pump 6 comprises a control cylinder 20 fed with liquid from the control pump, alternately on either side of its piston 30, which drives two pistons 33a, 33b mounted in two cylinders 24a, 24b arranged axially on either side of the cylinder 20. During the movement of the pistons 33a, 33b, the cylinders 24a, 24b draw liquid into one of their chambers from the liquid mass to be drawn and in their other chamber expel liquid towards the point of use.
